Online it's bad because you cause trouble to others.
Offline it lowers your enjoyment over time.

for my,I planning learn basical language and mod mk8,smash and mp10.

for the first question,the principal thing you can do is:

moding
insert a new RAM in game
tcheating
remplace game files
and other...
Not about tcheating but if that's also RAM modding then yes, everything can be done with the kexploit! ;)
 
quest,what is the RAM?I don't realy know,it is the game file or the <<flash>> memory of a game?
RAM (Random-access-memory) is the space everything that's needed quickly is written to!
The Wii U has 2GB of RAM 1 for the games, 1 for the system software!
There could be the possibility to trick the system into using more than 1GB for software but homebrew won't use as much anyway! :P

RAM is the acronym for Random Access Memory where the current state of a running process is stored and several parts of a program are preloaded. Wikipedia may explain it better than me: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Random-access_memory
