Hardware Wii U Gamepad stopped working after a loading screen

The touchscreen isn't working nor the mayority of the buttons
The only buttons that are working are B, +, Power, TV
What can I do?:c
Please help

Edit: I made it work perfectly!

I removed the battery, put it back (obviously), pressed the buttons randomly, touched the screen randomly, especially the borders.

I hope this helps someone!
