you should get a theme base there is a near complete one you can download in my Theme Brlyt Editor program

replace all the png files within the base and the Theme Brlyt Editor can repack and make a mym file to use in Thememii
it also makes changing the colors in the brlyt files much easier

but your welcome to try out the Theme brlyt editor I made it comes with a base theme for you to edit to make your own themes

you will not find any csm files on gbatemp i'm sure you could find them online somewhere
but using thememii is really easy and probably more easier than finding the csm files
