Hardware wii strange problem

I looked many places but cannot find anyone has similar problem.. I have a old wii modded with wiikey long time ago.now it didnt work properly. It wont turn on when the system is warm even with the red light. When I plug in the wii when is cold, I can play with no problem. Once is warm,I cannot shutdown. Eject and power buttom not working. I have unplug the power cable to shutdown.when I plug it back while it is hot, it wont turn on and I have to wait ubtil it totally cold..anyone has ideas. .thanks
