Hardware Wii screen does not fit the TV screen size

So I have my wii hooked up via HDMI to my Westinghouse 43" 4K TV. I have the internal wii settings on 480p and 16:9. For some reason, the wii screen does not fit the tv screen. There are thin black bars on both the sides of the TV screen and the top and bottom. I have tried messing with the aspect ratio settings on my TV, but they either still dont solve the problem, or solves the problem by having the screen zoomed in so much. I don't know what to do and why it is not working. The exact tv model number is wd43ub4530. Thanks

The Wii does not have HDMI. So whatever HDMI solution you are using your TV is not liking. Most likely the cheap Wii2HDMI force the Wii to output in a wrong aspect ratio and the TV does not like it.
