Hacking Wii ISOs from PC disc drive

I want to rip wii games with my computers cd rom. the Disc drive on the wii is shot and Id like to add the games I have to my USB loader. Can this be done? If so how?

only very few dvdrom drives can read wii discs
replacement wii drives are probably easier to get

You will need a special LG DVDROM Drive.
Or you re-rip allready burned images with your dvd drive.
You can use Wii backup manager for that.
