Hacking wii iso USB problem

Hey, im trying to put a wii .iso on a memory stick but whenever i try to copy the wii iso it says the it wont fit. Even though the iso is only like 4.00 GB and the usb memory stick has a capacity of 8.00 GB, any help?

Let me guess...the Stick is formated as FAT32, right? Do you know that FAT32 can only store files which are smaller than 4GB (or exactly 4GB)? Just one Byte more and it won't fit. This could be the case here. So convert the .iso to a .wbfs-File, and it should get splitted (You can use WiiJManager for example for that).

Please provide more Info if that isn't the case, right now it's a guessing-game...
