they don't ship it, it's a direct download service. Also, the original PXO online servers have been gone for years and in its place there is an open source Multiplayer client that's free of charge. The game is well worth the purchase.
As for your sig, BootMii/IOS is very useful. Future homebrew apps will depend on it and combined with WiiGator's cboot2 it provides the only way to install cIOS on a 4.0 LU64 Wii. This will likely be the go-to solution when future firmwares block the IOS35 downgrader bug as well. It's not useles if it can be used to ensure that all Wii's will be capable of running backups, not to mention all the other applications that will eventually come out that are a little more in line with what Team Twiizers imagined. =P
