Great program for those with the duplicated channels.
Don't know if it's possible, but couldn't it be edited in a way that it also removes the IOS37 part/files that will probably block Trucha in the future?

It's currently impossible to make a custom firmware

could you add functionality to restore our OWN region from the updates on our region discs? (ex: copy US channels from SSB disc to NTSC-U console)

i successfully removed my JP channels but my US weather still only half works

Used the Twilight Hack (1st time)
Removed my 4 Duplicate Channels from SSBB (NTSC-J) & Mario Galaxy (NTSC-U)

The original channels still works like always. (but I almost never check them.)

Just burn the ISO and run it like normal game?

Yes. It'll appear like a gamecube game.
Just click on start... here we go. 20 secs => the program run on a black backround, some codes appears and flap. No more duplicated channels :-)

Will it work on Wiis without duplicate channels? You know just incase someone installed a update from a USA game and then it wouldnt actually display the dual channels..

And is there any chance say, any other channel in the future might not work? ie if nintendo release a DS download channel etc?

You can run homebrew from ISO too

It's very easy to do.

Runs on Wii Mode. Just replace main.dol of an ISO with a homebrew main.dol (.elf not valid).
