Wuahoo guys,
I was going nut for this cables !
Ever since I got my Wii (on Nov 19th ya know) I was dying to get a better picture on my new HDTV.
I've been going for almost every day first to the Nintendo store, and then to Best Buy(because at the Nintendo Store they told me that Best Buy and ebgames might have some third part cables already) and ebgames, just to get three different answers.
At Nintendo store they told me that they were supposed to be availabe on november 28th, and every time i've been there after the 28th they still didin't have them but they told me they were expecting a shipment anytime now, but what do you know, they never got them !
At best buy they were honest and told me they had no idea when they were going to get some, not even third part ones.
And EBgames they told me to keep on checking because they get shipments twice a day but everyday was the same.
No luck!
A couple of days ago I decided to see if I could get them from the Nintendo online store and that did it.
It took 4-5 days to get them, even though I paid for next day deliver, but there was a week-end in between, so it wasn't their fault.
But boy am I glad I got them !!!
Now I can finally play Zelda. In fact I was holding off to play it because it looks so ugly without component cables.
I didn't want to be spoiled, so I patienty waited and now I can play it in all its glory !!!
Whoever is still in doubt about getting those cables, I can only say GET THEM, you must, if you have a decent TV then you won't regret it, everything looks neat and clear and all the blurry is gone .
I wander if Red Steel might have looked better with those cables, but unfortunally I sold it already.

I agree about getting the components. You have no idea how much better 480p looks on Zelda and Red Steel. I used THIS tutorial to turn my regular composite cable into the component. It worked very well for the last month and was easy to do. I suggest everyone who can't wait like I couldn't to try this simple mod.

I ordered mine from the Nintendo store after they stated the next stock would be in Dec 19th. However, it turns out they got their stock early, so I got them last Monday. If you want a reliable place to purchase the cables, get them from the Nintendo store.
