I've fixed the formatting issue and also added the ability to select the cluster size.

@CannonFoddr, probably the easiest way would be to have a simple option to "Remember last open files and drives". So when you start the app again, it'll try to open everything just as it was before.

Or since you might have some new files in your downloads folder, I could do a page in the settings dialog to allow you to set some startup options. Like a list of folders to load into the files page, which drive or folder to open on the drive pages etc. I think that would be best..

@XFlak, Can you send me one of the small forwarder ISOs that you have problems with?

Thanks for the quick reply - both sounds suitable, but I guess it's really down to how easy/difficult to add them (personally the second one sound better to me - it'll give people the choice as some may get different drive letters when they plug in their HDD)

IIRC, I was not able to use WBM to format a drive as fat32, ntfs or wbfs using either of the last 2 beta's... I'm glad to hear that you got fat32 formatting fixed. Can you please make sure that the default cluster size is 32kiB, while it might not make a difference for fat32 usb loading (not 100% sure), it definitely does make a difference when running sneek/uneek, so 32kiB cluster size is prefered.

I'm actually not at home right now, so I can't send you one of my forwarder ISOs at the moment, but I can do you one better. Download this tiny app written by Tristar that will build you a WiiMC forwarder ISO on the fly. Here's the download link: http://www.mediafire.com/file/n0iqx2jtzja/WOL_WiiMC.exe

If you still want me to send you another forwarder ISO just let me know and I'll do that once I get home.

I loaded the forwarder ISO in WiiScrubber..

The ISO is around 33 meg, but there's no partitions so WBM shows it as invalid. Everything seemed to go OK when creating the ISO, but the result isn't as expected. I'm sure that isn't the case with all the forwarder ISOs you tried though..

I'm pretty sure most of the forwarder ISOs I have I initially downloaded from here: http://gbatemp.net/t181011-homebrew-forwarder-iso-s

in ISO form they are abour 30-40MBs, in wbfs form they're 2-4 MBs

If after trying one or 2 of those you still need me to upload one or more of my personal forwarder ISOs, just let me know. Oh yea, not a big deal, but it will probably take u 2 seconds to change, can you change my name from xflak40 to XFlak in your credits, thx!

The ISO I tried was 10 MB as WBFS. The problem happened with small files that take less than 1 second to transfer. When the average transfer speed is logged, there's a divide by zero error. I just added a check to see if the transfer time was over 1 second.. I should've noticed that, but it's fixed now anyway.

sweet! Glad u got it figured out dude! So it seems like u have all the bugs worked out (except for the minor type/scroll issue, but I would hardly call that a "bug").

Have you been able to confirm the ability to format drives as ntfs and wbfs (in addition to fat32)?

Like you, I am excited to see you start working on new features, so it's great that u got the boring bug fixes out of the way

Feel free to PM me if there's ever anything I can do to help u out! Great to have u back buddy!

NTFS, WBFS and FAT32 formatting seems to work fine here in Windows 7. I'll send a test version if you like, once I finish the startup options.

I've also fixed the hidden drives bug. When some drives were selected as hidden and you opened the settings again, there was no way to deselect them because they were also hidden from that list.

The app is fully unicode enabled now. I can actually see the Chinese translations here for the first time and accent characters for other languages show correctly now.

I'll add support for other archive formats soon too because I eventually found a 7Zip DLL that can extract other formats (rar, zip etc.), basically anything that the 7Zip gui supports.

Thank you for working on the bugs

To prevent problem with hidden drive, I stopped hiding them

But it's great it's now corrected. I'll use it again. Thank you.

Have you any plan on releasing the sources one day ?
But I understand if you want to work on it alone and to prevent many different modded versions.

Hey fig2k4. Congratulations for all the work you've done so far. It's really a great program.

Is there any chance to hide the tabs you're not using? For example, I never use DVD or Drive 2. Now that I think about it, I never use the Log tab either. It would be nice if users could customize what they want viewable (both in tabs and in Select/Transfer options).

Also, for people who use the same drive over and over, it would be great if Wii Backup Manager could select that drive automatically on startup.

I think if I was going to release source it would be for the WBFS part. ie. All the behind the scenes stuff, without the GUI code. It would be pretty easy to write another GUI and probably the option most people would take anyway, so it would really be new app written from scratch.

Guys..
Am in a dilemma want some help. Would like to know what would be the fastest way to move all my games from my WBFS drive to NTFS drive.
I want to go from WBFS to NTFS by using WiiFlow. So that i can install games from WiiFlow itself. And also there seems to be a limit for WBFS drive with the # of games and the use of PC everytime.

I have around 100 GB of games on my WBFS drive. so what would be the quickest way to move these a NTFS drive. Thx.

oh thanks.. never heard of this backup mgr. will download and give it a try.
If i get it to work once i move the files to my NTFS drive.
PS: When i try to trasnfer the the file it gives me an option of ISO/CISO/WBFS file. Which one should i select for WiiFlow on NTFS
What steps do i need to do in-order for WiiFlow to recognise these files. Any setup needed ?

Hello I have starting using this app and in the process of moving from WBS filesystem to Fat/32 apps NTFS Games partition. It works great not problems at all.

I want to convert all my iso's to .wbs files it works ok but I always end up with 2 files after they are converted.

Example:
R2GFT23.wbs
R2GFT23_Wii_GameName.txt

Is this a normal behaviour and required for WBS files ?

Can the manager write them to a sigle file ?

Example:
Wii_GameName.wbs

Just a minor annoyance for me but would like to know if I can keep it simple before converthing all my ISO's
