What makes you say that? Another code on the ds got released and the spiritual sequel [maybe not a sequel, but a game on the same line; same art and gameplay] Hotel Dusk Room 215 got praised all over... plus, if what someone said is true, the game already have translations on it. All this put together points to a sure english release [and european too] in my opinion.
