Wrong! There is no update to 3.3U on this game. Please verify things before posting.

What version is it then? Everything I am able to find on the US version says 3.3U.

this game is very awesome game everything its nice i just bought it yesterday and played until to first boss and everything nice such as nice game ever seen before^^

Finally got around to trying this out. My first impression: Nintendo has an effective, unintentional way to combat the iso loader that's going around: Long, unskippable streaming videos. I just sat through half an hour of stuttering audio and video, and am now just about to start the game. Here's hoping for a fix to the whole 3x limitation sometime soon!

Edit: ...only for it to white-screen afterwards. Damn.
