I heard the PS2 version wasn't that great, which is a damn shame as it means I have to wait for Art of Fighting compilation to be released or get Street Fighter 2 Turbo on VC (waiting for SSF2T).

Fingers crossed that its pretty good still.

Can confirm working on Pal Wii, most of the options except for a few initial ones appear to be in English. Tested at 480p.

It supports the classic controller, I found the nunchuck + wiimote to be a very difficult combination.

You can tell the focus is on the classic controller, when first booting up it shows you a picture of the wiimote connected to it.

Definitely designed for CC, not remote. Pretty good as far as 2D fighters go. It's totally playable in Japanese even if you don't speak the language.

I have a JAP wii so I should have no problem playing, but just not sure if it is worth getting.

I currently play Naruto for my fighting needs

if you're using a nunchuck and wiimote the nunchuck controls the character, the wiimote's D-pad for attacks (down - Kick / left - punch / up - slash / right - high slash) and A button for dust... d-pad down + A button to use burst and Z + B button to use roman cancels... i could really use a nice arcade stick to play this game...

My bad, the Wii's set at 480p, I didn't check to see if the tv changed modes. I just assumed (and didn't really play it long enough to tell the difference).

controls for nunchuck wiimote combo is not accurate but kinda fun for a while i guess. there are move that you perform while holding buttons C, Z and B or simultaneously holding buttons C+Z, B+C+Z while shaking either wiimote or nunchuck.

This game feels unbelievably awesome w/ the Classic Controller and it works great w/ the GC controller as well.

I LOVE THIS GAME!

I never thought GGXX would would feel better on the Wii than PS2.

Guilty Gear isn't a bad fighting game.

But i prefer Melty Blood (ReAct: FT). Man, MB on Wii + WiFi would be so awesome! ;_;

Patched with regionfrii & wiibrickblocker and works fine with PAL 2.2E.
