Misc Wifi Scanner

Can someone assist and let me know what the application is called that lets me scan for the wifi networks, I cant remember the name of it, I did have the file then misplaced it as it was under a random name.

I have a wifi scanner for my windows sidebar on vista. Pretty cool. You can also buy those little devices that scan for networks.
