no im not here to ask for your friend codes but ummm if we download the rom, do we still get a friend code?
Yes. Friend Codes are assigned to roms in exactly the same way as a commercial cart. No difference at all. There has been zero indication that Nintendo wi-fi can tell the difference between a cart and a rom.
