Why is it when I click "new topic" it always says something!

It's irritating me! Am I banned? I really don't know! Here is what's written:

What's wrong? Can someone help me? Please admins help me. What did I do wrong if I was indeed banned? Please! Give me permission to post a new topic again! I can still post replies in threads, ask questions, view other threads but NOT POST A NEW TOPIC! Please help me!

Are you trying to post in the trading forum?

If you are, you need 100 posts before being able to post in that forum.

I can post new topics in the Introductions forum. I've tried the Game discussions forum but I still can't post a new topic. I have a feeling that I was banned but I need to know what did I do? Please help me....

I can post in the gaming discussions forum....for the Wii. I really want it to work for the DS version!
