Maybe they aren't aware, maybe they are already planning to take action, who knows. Honestly, maybe it wouldn't be a good idea to give them the idea.

Mostly because they're not as trigger happy as you guys think thety are. They mostly do if people are taunting them in social media by saying little timmy's crappy unreal remake of Bob-omb Battlefield is better than the real deal.

That's a good question. It's been around for longer than I can remember now. Perhaps Nintendo was less aggressive on the legal front when it was released and now it's too late to contain it?
