Homebrew Why don't my Usagi Editor SFX work?

I was creating a custom 3DS theme and completed it, BGM and SFX included. Or so I thought. When I saved the theme, the BGM worked fine on 3DS but not the SFX. Upon reloading the saved theme, the SFX were gone. I tried replacing them, saving, and reloading, but no luck. Any idea why this is happening? They're in .bcwav format and aren't over the byte limit.
