I use the r4cce for my code purposes but for some reason it won't work with certain games.
I know newer games are compatible because I've got codes for Dragon quest IX, however some games simply will not appear no matter what I do.

Some examples are Pokemon SS, Monster Rancher DS, phantasy star 0, and mario kart.
None of these games will show a cheat option even though I've made sure the game numbers were correct with the r4cce.

Any idea on what I could be doing wrong?

It's the R4 itself. It has a very buggy cheat system. What kind of R4 do you have? Use Wood if you can..

The 'Game Numbers' are most likely the game ID numbers...

In all the time I was running on 1.18 my cheats all worked, every game aslong as I put the correct game ID in and correct cheat data to go with that game ID. And even with Wood it's working, can you upload your cheat file onto a site so I can have a look, or take a couple of screenshots.

I've used the "..." feature in the program to highlight the nds file and find the game ID numbers that way.
As to the Rf card type i use. I have the one from the gba temp shop.
This one
By the way it is 1.18

I don't mind uploading my cheat.dat to a site but I don't make it a habit of uploading files so i don't know where I would begin to go to upload that.
