So I recently had to sell my acekard 2i which forced me to get another (don't ask) but, anyway I was looking for the place that I bought it from before it was probably modchipcentral.com but their credit card processing system is down not to mention expensive. I'm left with other website stores which is either out of stock or has their card updated to only DSi ver. 1.4.3. SOO, does anyone know where to get a real acekard 2i updated to ver. DSi 1.4.4 and hopefully maybe lower then 20 dollars and has free shipping?

Realhotstuff.com is reliable. The shipping is really fast (in my experience), but it's no longer free. You can get an AK2i from them for $19 plus $2.25 for shipping.

acekard2i havnt update for ages,personally i recommend r4i gold 3ds from r4ids.cn for you, use wood firmware,quicker updating and can be used well on dsi v1.45,or v1.44.

Also the Acekard 2i no longer gets updates for the DSi nor 3DS, so I suggest going with the R4i Gold (url on card: r4ids.cn)
It uses Wood R4, which is based on the Acekard RPG source and is a lot like akAIO, just simpler. It also still gets plenty of firmware updates and doesn't have the annoying contact issues the Acekard 2i has.
