Trying to keep it under $100 here, management gave the OK for one so I'm thinking of swapping my old one.
I've heard my state just approved some type of discount program but they don't know why it will take affect essentially giving $50 off nest thermostats. Didn't know if there were others worth looking into.<
Honestly, just the base Nest thermostat works well enough. Not as fancy as their "learning" thermostat, but you can access it from anywhere to change temps or set schedules, I like the simple rundown it gives for month by month usage comparisons, and it's not overly complicated to setup and use.
I got mine free from my power company, but it's usually under $100 at most retailers.
