I was wondering which of the following game is worthy of playing?
because most of rpg takes too many time because the pointless grinding
and what are your favorite?

Avalon Code
Chrono Trigger
Disgaea DS
Dragon Quest IV - The Chapters of the Chosen
Dragon Quest V - Hand of the Heavenly Bride
Final Fantasy III
Final Fantasy IV
Final Fantasy Tactics A2 - Grimoire of the Rift
Legacy of Ys - Books I & II
Magical Starsign
Rune Factory 2 - A Fantasy Harvest Moon
Suikoden Tierkreis

Out of those, I would suggest:
Chrono Trigger
Dragon Quest IV and V
Final Fantasy 3
Final Fantasy Tactics A2
Suikoden

And, while not on the list, The World Ends With You, if you haven't already.

First of all, all of those games you've listed -- with perhaps the exception be Ys, since it's kind of archaic at this point -- are "worthy of playing." But if you're looking for an RPG where there's almost no grinding, you'd be surprised by how enjoyable Sonic Chronicles is. It's one of the few, if only, DS RPGs I can think of that requires almost no grinding whatsoever. But that's kind of Bioware's forte. I wouldn't say it's an excellent game, but it's definitely worth playing. I think it got a bum rap from most critics.

I would wait a bit longer for Final Fantasy CC: Echoes of Time.
That is deff worth to play =D!

Disgaea got me hooked up for a long time, definitely worth it.. though it has a lot of grinding

Chrono Trigger is my favorite RPG of all time, and I haven't played FFIV DS yet, but the SNES version was great.. both games are are fantastic and not as long as most RPGs these days (you should be able to finish CT in less then 20 hours).

Yup, Disgaea is one of those games in which grinding is rather fun, since other than leveling up it brings alot more (create new types of allies, unlock dungeons etc).

But yeah, lots of grinding in disgaea.

Maybe it's because I don't know much about RPGs, or maybe it's because of my english understanding, but what is "grinding" referring to?...

grinding is spending a lot of time leveling up just to be strong enough to advance with the story line

On the list

Chrono Trigger for a quick playthrough

Reccommended

Dengeki Gakuen RPG (out next week)

Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: Echoes of Time (out the week after next)
