Any reason you specifically want a loader and not just use an Android device like your phone etc? I've just got a usb c to usb c cable and use RCM loader on my phone and it works flawlessly. Something reassuring about the way it connects and tells you it has detected recovery mode and you can choose which payload to push to it.
I have an iPhone and I take my switch with me often and often switch between cfw and clean nand.
AliExpress has been cracking down on RCM dongles and perhaps the same is the case for Wish and that's why the links seem strange (they're trying to disguise their product listing so it doesn't get taken down)

RCM Loader? Use a computer USB to USB-C. Slap a jig in that bad boy and get to cracking.

i used to go out to the recycling center every couple weeks and look at the crts and other electronics people would drop off. Usually screens were broken or severely scratched from being tossed around. Did find a good one here and there, but never anything like a 1080i widescreen crt. -
