Hi everyone — I'm The128ReBits, the creator of this free HD texture restoration for the PS2 Revenge of the Sith game. The pack is released and available to try in PCSX2. My aim is to make the original textures clearer while keeping the game's look.

PAL / USA setup
The archive's outer folder is SLES-53155 (PAL). For USA SLUS-21143, rename only that outer folder to match the serial PCSX2 shows. Keep the contents intact, put it in the configured textures folder and enable Load Textures. The download page has the full guide.
The comparison footage uses increased rendering resolution and ReShade as well; those are separate from the texture pack.
Unofficial fan project, textures only. You need your own copy of the game; no game or BIOS is included.
If you try it and notice a texture that looks wrong, please include the level/scene and your game region so I can investigate. Thanks!
