I'm waiting to receive my 3DS first. It's expensive-r but insures fast delivery. telon22 ordered from one of the chinese sites and it's been over a month he hasn't received it yet.

The reason was CHINA POST(sluggish like hell).
Now if you want to buy the gateway from India(and money isnt concern but Time is) buy from what Aman27deep gave you. And there arent any other indian sites like this that I know of.(There is one for MT Card but don't bother that card)

As far as I know, and I've searched a lot, modsandbreaks.com seems to be the only Indian seller of gateway. 6k INR seems decent, you'd probably pay more shipping it from abroad, and customs charges.
modsandbreaks site may be down now and then, I got their contact though and they use WhatsApp so you can ask them your queries there. Also, I think they are setup in Pune, so if you're somewhere nearby you could buy it from them directly
