    Hello.:)

A Solution is to get in Contact with the Support as @crayonfeaturedking suggested:

    https://support.lenovo.com/us/en/solutions/migr-4m7hwz

    https://support.lenovo.com/us/en/solutions/pd030986#xpp

As I see you have to register if you want to get the
Option One: Get a one-time no-charge recovery media (supported by Windows Recovery Media Systems Program)

Maybe you have Luck on EBay.You can also try Amazon (Recovery Disc Lenovo).
But I am not 100 Percent sure all Discs work on all Lenovo Modells.

    Good Luck.
    Thank you.:)

It's been a while since I worked with XP but I do remember this issue. Unfortunately XP is not as... "forgiving" with the keys as newer versions of Windows are.

The issue is that you're using a retail CD, but the stickers on those laptops are OEM. So you need an OEM XP disc.

There's ways to convert them by editing the setupp.ini and re-burning the image.

Here's a link to get you started:

The recovery media used should be configured to read the SLUIC tables from the BIOS/drive to activate itself using the OEM key.

This is probably one of the few cases where I would say using a third party activator would be easier to use.
