Where can I buy the Dualshock 1 controller film?

I've got a dualshock 1 with damaged button film and the only replacments I can find are 18pin films for ps2 controllers while my controller needs a 16pin film. Does anyone know where I can buy this?

The pins on the actual connector have worn away as they're just made of the same black carbon shit as the button contacts.
