Hacking What's the easiest way to get cfw on both O3DS and N3DSXL

I'm still confused about what the easiest method to do this is:
I have one O3DS and one N3DSXL. I just downgraded both to 9.2. My goal is to be able to play 3DS roms (online if possible). I do not own any flash card or exploit games. What is the easiest, best way to put cfw on both systems. Is there a tutorial or method that would apply to both? I found several tutorials but in the comments section people have various opinions about which entry point or cfw is best. Thank you.

Thank you . So 3ds roms will work without flashcard or game exploits? I'm assuming they would just have to be converted to .cia? Also, DS roms will not work, right?

Yeah, only CIA will run. And DS ROMs work, but I couldn't find a guide on that yet.

Awesome, you're the best. Been doing a lot of research on this stuff.. A lot of outdated stuff out there. Didn't want to use old, over complicated tutorials if I didn't have to.
