Gaming What's Mario saying at the end of each stage ?

In new super mario brothers, anyone understand what's Mario saying at the end of each stage ? Something like "XXXX on ice" ? I've tried several times but I can't figure what has to be on ice ?

Or more like "dat wuz nice". Um, really strange voice actor. Mario's voice irritates me in all Mario games. Like "Its-a me, Mario!" or some other shit. But I like Yoshi's voice, so cute.

That always sounded to me like "Take it easy", but now that I think about it, it's probably "Take-a this" (Although "this" is pronounced more like "theesa".
