Hacking Whats a good psp emulator for PC

i tried one about a year or 2 ago and it ran but not too smoothly. If anyone has any recommendations for a certain emulator let me know.

I'm gonna have to try that out. Trying to play Crisis Core with jpcsp got me ~15 framerate, which is too low to really enjoy an action game.

you can also check out jpcsp wich looks alot more better but is going to need higher spec for pc. http://jpcsp.org/
i have an amd a8 4500m quadcore processor on my laptop and most of my backups that i have tried run great

PPSSPP also works on pretty much any machine as well, I use it on my Motorola Droid 1.

I've running Crisis Core without a problem on JCPSP, good speeds and no crashes.

No problem; PPSSPP is less demanding thanks to the JIT (Just-in-time) recompiler, which helps give a massive speed boost. Star Ocean: Second Evolution also runs on the latest revision (beta version, which can be unstable at times).

They are making some great progress with it so I wouldn't argue against you.

Buy the game, use the option in the Recovery Menu or VSH Menu to dump your game over USB to your PC, then copy it to your Droid. There's ways to dump the game directly to your memory stick, if you really want. Guess you could dump it over wifi as well. Any other way is probably illegal and is against forums rules to discuss. Seriously, PSP games are so cheap right now.
