i tried one about a year or 2 ago and it ran but not too smoothly. If anyone has any recommendations for a certain emulator let me know.

thx the new ppsspp works really good. i actually saw it when it first came jus came back here to thanks you guys

No problem; PPSSPP is less demanding thanks to the JIT (Just-in-time) recompiler, which helps give a massive speed boost. Star Ocean: Second Evolution also runs on the latest revision (beta version, which can be unstable at times).

I've running Crisis Core without a problem on JCPSP, good speeds and no crashes.

Specs:
FX-4170
HD 6850

Only problem with Java-based emulators is that they tend to me more demanding on the CPU; PPSSPP shows a lot of potential and will probably surpass JCPSP :P

They are making some great progress with it so I wouldn't argue against you.

How can I download Corpse Party Blood Covered in english to my pc and my droid?
Buy the game, use the option in the Recovery Menu or VSH Menu to dump your game over USB to your PC, then copy it to your Droid. There's ways to dump the game directly to your memory stick, if you really want. Guess you could dump it over wifi as well. Any other way is probably illegal and is against forums rules to discuss. Seriously, PSP games are so cheap right now.
