Cod has good online, but if they patch that then things might get hairy. I'm also a bit scared of what update 3.5 could bring.

My biggest fear though, is that nintendo will check the wiis system files whenever connecting to the Internet. (like the xbox did)

Any detection of tampering and you are instantly banned from nintendo WFC.

Yes some games suck for wifi, but I'd miss Cod 5 and rock band 2 online... plus the shop channel and guitar hero DLC.

who cares, if nintendo does come to the point of banning modders from Nintendo WFC in the future its not like were losing much, common were not talking xbox live here.

so you can't play cod online anymore (or any of the few other online games), if you really want to, support the developer and buy the dam game...

shabing...

Yes but if you pirate a game then they will see and ban you from all wifi (if they do start banning), so yeah, maybe you did support the developer like I did with portal (f***ing awesome game) but if you have another pirated game then you will still get banned from the one you bought...

Also this applies to backups, I mean come on, they can't ban people for being cautious... Can they?
