What is wrong with 3DSthem.es?

I dunno why, but i can't access it on my WII u browser, or my 3ds browser. Nor can i use the CHMM2 To access it either. But on my pc and android, is fine. I tried switching the Browser client to every available one on the list. but doesn't work. Is something wrong with the site, excluding nintendo products? Why.

I dunno, but the CHHM2 Supposed to work, it has access to that site to download and install themes from the app, it was confirmed not the fault of the app. So i think is the site?
