Hello!
Now, I know that it does this to connect to the gamepad quicker and to download games, but I noticed something when i connected it to my mobile hotspot. It said that the Wii U connected to the hotspot and used about 2 megabytes of mobile data per connection. Now, that does not seem like a lot, but the wii u uses around a quarter of a meg during a splatoon battle. I was not downloading anything at that exact moment, and I noticed this before and after the shutdown of Nintendo Network.
Is there a feature I don't know about?
