Hacking Question What is the risk of ban with hidden partition?

Is there any chance of getting banned when using a hidden partition? Is there any particular thing to be aware of when booting back into stock OS to remain undetected?

Doing whatever you want on your emunand while keeping it offline from nintendo and then booting into a clean sysnand to play online isn't a ban so far. Just don't connect to nintendo on your emunand and only connect to nintendo on your sysnand if it's clean and you're good.
