Its so expensive here, for example 1 minute phonecall is like 45 cents i believe, a msg will set you back 9 cents, and 5$ for 25mb of WAP... RIPOFFF !!!!!!!!

music, phone calls, text messages, camera and games.
i've got a quiet cheap provider, phone calls are a total rip off, not to speak about going on the internet. It's slow and costs 5 euros per MB! but texts are quiet cheap

I have a HTC Touch Pro 2 with a 16gb memory card in it

http://www.htc.com/uk/product/touchpro2/specification.html

Use it ( apart from making calls ) to play music and watch downloaded TV and my own Films on as well as play games. The screen is wvga 800x480 which makes the picture on it the best I have ever seen on a phone.

It has a slide and tilt screen with a great keyboard, so I can slide it open and stand it on the train table to watch a film, and its good for texting.

Awesome! How much does it cost? Around 700 USD I guess?
I'm going to buy a kick-ass mobile phone like that in a few years, then it will replace my MP3 player too.
Wow, it looks amazing, nice choice you made there!

Got it free with an 18 months contact at £20 a month +£5 a month for 500mb internet access, which is the same I was paying for my old phone so its was silly not to upgrade really. Its windows mobile so its basically a pocket PC with a phone biult in,

@K3Nv2, Exactly. Take note of the Switch, for example. Its underpowered compared to how older tech was capable of doing just about anything.

@K3Nv2, Not gonna lie, about half of its game library was shovelware like its counterpart, the Wii.

@Xdqwerty, The Wii U was essentially an early Switch, before the Switch was a thing.

I think my favorite PS1 enhancement is sub pixel precision, helps get rid of some of those wobbly polygons lol

  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
@Psionic Roshambo, By default, the polygons are filtered with differing to simulate depth, which doesn't make them clearer.

There are ways to disable this by creating cheat codes, but this requires knowledge of the PS1 hardware.

Emulation is the way to go for so many reasons NES get rid of flicker by turning off the sprite per line limit. Cheats? Ken Batocera is your friend almost every console has cheats in it
