EDIT: Full title "What does "Uploading copyright content to download arena mean?

So shaunj66, a British administrator, warned me that I was uploaded copyright content in the Download section, so I have 10 percent of warning level. I uploaded AKAIO v1.4.1 with MoonShell v2.02 and some homebrew emulators for the Nintendo DS, but it was removed becuase it's a copyright content.

First its not here, there is thread where you can request a warn removal, since you think it wasn't right or you've had wait for a long time and want it removed. For a admin, and a long time member, i think shaunj66 knows what he's doing.

Uploading copyrighted content basically means that you're uploading content which by copyright laws you're not entitled to upload/make available to others. This is illegal and that's the reason as to why shaunj66 warned you.

You uploaded a file that was reported to me for containing copyrighted content.

Here is a quote from the description of the file that was removed:
