If you don't format your SD card, because that's where your emummc is then yes.

EDT: Granted you maintain RCM and exploit access

Remove SD card before factory rest in OFW to avoid sd card wipe and you should be fine

After the you might want to remove the \Nintendo folder from the SD card to cleanup files from the old sysmmc
