first of all i have two sd cards the one that i bought with the 3DS and another for emunand i extract ticket.db and start to download with funkycia

I want to dump games that i intalled (non-from my eshop) does funkycia extract those? Also it start to extract and it is downloading my games of 4gb card (the one i bought) (they are from my eshop)

Yes use the -noignore option, or just wait for GroovyCIA to be released

Keep in mind that while you can download and it will be packed as a CIA, the installation may or may not work. So don't be surprised if you download a game that's not from your eshop and it fails to install
