Wasa Rye Breads with Prosciutto and really any cheese with peppers in it. Hummus. Everything bagels those babybel swiss spreadable cheeses. Hummus. Pears. I drink lots of coffee (dark and black). Also not a big soda drinker but some IBC root beer in a frosted mug is great with a mid day snack. Chamomile tea with a little honey and some lemon zest.
