Hacking What can I do with FTPiiU Everywhere dumps

I decided to try (using FileZilla) and download all the files from the storage_odd folders, and I figured since I have all my disc files and tickets, I wanted to make either a WUD, or an installable app file. How do I do that, and if I can't what can I do? BTW the disk I have in is The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker HD, that and I only have an 8 GB SD card.

EDIT: I'd possibly also like to try this out on Cemu, if anyone knows much about that.

As far as i know, _odd folders give 550 Success everytime you want to copy, or enter it.
Best thing would be grabbing a bigger SDCard.
Also a fun part about _odd folders: They're not always present in Wii U memory. They sometimes get deleted.
