Chrono Twins is also a platformer. It's got a nice twist that you control two different time phases at the same time.
Kim Possible in Global Gemini has gotten some good reviews.
Kung-Fu Panda and Kung-Fu Panda Legendary Warriors, Wolverine, Ultimate Spider-man, or any other Spider-Man might be considered more action-y, but there are platforms.
Super Princess Peach and Wario: Master of Disguise are both Nintendo platformers, though not quite as good as Mario Bros or Yoshi's Island.
Crash: Mind Over Mutant is 2D side scrolling. Pretty decent if you liked the GBA Crash Bandicoot.
Rayman Raving Rabbids (the first one) is a 2D platformer, though there is a bit of a confusing map/Hub to it. The actual game play is classic 2D Rayman style.
New Zealand Story Revolution is an update to a classic that's full of platforming and cuteness.
Drawn to Life is a Platformer with a cool RPG-like Hub in between levels.
Tak: Mojo Mistake is a great gem, it plays a bit like a mission-based platform game. A LOT like Toomba.
Teenage Zombies is technically a platformer, but you switch between three characters with different abilities. Some like it, some don't, your mileage may vary.
