DSTwo would definitely be the absolute best linker today.
Simply because of its internal processor, it can play video files, emulate GBA and SNES games, and has brilliant DS features like anti-piracy circumvention, real-time saves, guides, and cheats toggling.

There are very few new releases that don't immediately work on the DSTwo, it is definitely worth the extra money since it's the most future proof flashcart out there. Other flashcarts have their own anti-anti-piracy (including Acekard 2i), but none as effective as the DSTwo.

Another vote for the DSTwo here. It's got a "clean" mode that can run new games before any other cart, too.

RupeeClock, the 2i's AAP is not the same concept (or goal) as the DSTwo's.

Vote for DSTWO. Only problem is it tears through battery life [still better than GameGear's though], and the GBA compatibility is only like 98% perfect.
