Hacking Weird noise coming from wii sometimes

when I turn my wii on and as it begins to read the disc it makes this weird "ka-chlink" noise and doesn't read the game at all. This happens about 1 out of 10 times I try so it doesn't bother me much, but I was still wondering if anyone else has experienced this before
