Homebrew WBFS Manager 3.0

Hey guys! I am only one step away from my goal: running games from my hard drive!

I have a Wii game file, (Fire Emblem Radiant Dawn), but the thing is it is in a .CIOS format. WBFS Manager 3.0 only supports .isos and .rar...

Is there anyway I can convert .CIOS to .ISO, OR is there a WBFS that is compatible with .CIOS files?

if its cISO, use the WBFS intelligent v6

Err... CISO? Or CSO?
I've never seen one for Wii, I wouldn't be able to tell you. xD
