I'm not sure what you're asking, but if you have Luma3DS and B9S installed, you can just use Rosalina to run homebrew, even on 11.8.

Either he is asking for a way to easily exploit 11.8 since he accidentally updated to it because he didn't see it listed on the firmware list in the guide or he is just saying to create a sticky for people who have done that.

All expoits that worked on 11.7 will work with 11.8 and beyond. So long as Nintendo continues to use the same bootrom, no OFW will fix any of the All version methods.
Personally I find NTRBoot to be the easiest method.
