Homebrew WarioWare Gold from CIAngel keeps crashing?

I am working on a Luma US 3DS.

Is it just crashing because it hasn't released here?

Maybe it requires 11.8, which you should not update to (if using Luma) for now.

Can you tell me how big the game is in GB? Thanks for sharing your experience nonetheless.

The issue is actually that you need to import the seed for the game, because the seed is not up for regions other than EU yet, even though the game is Region Free. If you don't have a EU region 3DS, trying to import the seed from online will yield a 404 error in FBI.

Until the game is released in all regions, you can manually download the seed from Nintendo's own CDN at this URL if you want
and then rename it to 00040000001D1C00.dat and place it on the sd card at sd:/fbi/seed/ and then import it by opening FBI -> Titles -> WarioWare Gold -> Import Seed

I'd be a good idea to put your console offline as well since you'd be playing a game that has not released in your region yet but I mean, up to you what you do there.

(note for mods: the link above is to publically available data on Nintendo's CDN so it should be OK but if it's not, just edit my post, love you guys)

The file takes between 9,000-10,000 blocks. Just over 1 GB. About 1.3 GB.
