To Narin or Costello or whoever is the coder of GBAtemp: My idea is to create something that automatically checks links in a new post and checks whether the link directs you to ROM/ISO/whatever-sites or not and if it links to one of those then it automatically gets replaced by some kind of warning or a rickroll video. And the user gets an auto (IP-)ban. IMO this could make it easier for the mods/ admins/ other people that report the bad guys.
