i really wanna Mod my 3ds or get a “new” XL like the title says to Mod it so i can get a bunch of games to play with my GF (were both hella broke im probably gonna have to try and Mod hers too) also so i can get things like poké transfer but i’m afraid of getting my main NNID banned ): how safe is it to use online using modded games or getting DLC for games i own like smash
